20+ years Form follows function is my motto. Yes it must look aesthetically pleasing but the foundation must be created first (Just like building a house). I am old school in the sense that great copy and the display of said text is key to enthralling your user to have them "hear" your voice. I enjoy 1:1 communication I like the personal nature of phone calls but I am readily available on most web communications. I may ask TOO MANY questions because I want to extract your vision and display it to the world, just as you see it.
