A quick summary of what I have done so far.
I have been a seasoned trainer of the English language for 6 years now, teaching students of different communication skills level, coming from different countries. In addition to this, I am co-managing an online school based in UK and handle agents, and recruitment of teachers worldwide. I also worked as a Quality Monitoring Specialist at Etelecare International, handling 10 agents at a time. I also teach part-time in a Montessori school, inclusive for regular kids and those with special needs. I have recently acquired certification as an Audio Transcriptionist, although, I have been doing it for a few years now. I also write blogs and SEO articles.
About Me
I have been working online since 2004 I have done resume writing, as well as creating company portfolios, creating logos and other paraphernalia such as stationeries, business cards, etc, creating ad campaigns, leaflets, web layouts and designing, creating multi-media banners, SEO writing and blog postings, and article writing. I am a certified audio transcriptionist and also do medical transcription. I also do photo editing, data entry and I type 75 words per minute with 96% accuracy. Offline I did PR coaching and counseling. And for 6 years now, I've been teaching language online - both English and Tagalog languages to students from different countries. I've worked in a call centre as Quality Monitoring Specialist and have experienced being in the front line as a Customer Service Representative for a prestigious Telecommunications company based in the U.S. I also manage different social media accounts and facebook pages that help people find jobs online for free. Helping people is my way of giving back to others.
