This is an example of a performance dashboard that I built for one of the UK's leading universities, who also wanted new budget models building for them. In the past they had struggled to consolidate 137 departments and remarked that it often took over 6 hours to make changes to departmental templates before consolidating into the top level university summary. They also had no dashboards. The model that I built utilised the powerful tools Excel and Access, and allowed any changes made to be consolidated in just under 50 seconds.
