Soma is a great person to deal with. He is honest,with great skills. The only thing is that you need to give step-by-step guidance on everything he does. He still needs to check his work more thouroughly before delivering it but those are minor issues. On the other hand, he has completed tasks I asked him to do not included in the job description or in the budget and he didn't complain or require further payment for them. Thanks Soma for such good work!
