I like this app because it gets to the point and help me stay on track at the gym. * Just starting to get into my workouts at the gym and this app is very helpful! * Really well thought out app that does it all for you. Tracks the reps, weights and sets. Tells you how long to rest. Videos of the exercise. Great stuff. All I need now is an app to lift the heavy weights for me. :-)
