I count on more than twenty years of experience working within the IT Industry delivering software development, COTS implementation, process engineering and continuous improvement projects, having occupied various functional roles, from business analysis to quality assurance. In the last 10 years I acquired extensive experience in the positions of Project - Programme Manager, Scrum Master and Quality Assurance Manager, managing all aspects of the projects including finance, risks and Business Change in various industries such as Telecommunications, Consultancy, Banking, Technology, Transport. I specialised in CRM implementation and also delivered quality frameworks projects, such as CMMI - Level 2 and ISO 9000 and lately Agile Scrum. I had the opportunity to be a key driver for change, having helped organisations and teams to move towards better quality outcomes. I am tertiary qualified (Bachelor Degree in Information Systems Technology) and hold the following certifications: CMMI / SCAMPI A, Project Manager Professional (PMI), Certified ScrumMaster (Scrum Alliance), Prince2 Foundation, and Advanced Diploma in Project Management.
