I started out designing for the Print media almost six years ago, but very soon moved into Graphic Design for the Web. Since moving exclusively into Web Designing, I have used CSS with progressively greater W3C (WorldWide Web Consortium) standards compliancy. In the last two years I have attained a certain level of expertise with CSS 2.0 and (X)HTML, and, moving from there, to creating sites incorporating elements from both to create tableless sites as well. This particularly interests me because it deals with the separation of design from content – which is strongly recommended by the W3C – while simultaneously experimenting with the semantics of the web as suggested by it. In addition, in the last few months I have been experimenting with the incorporation of certain AJAX modules to enhance the designs of websites. All of these are, of course, entirely compatible with the W3C guidelines.
