SunSales, mobile app - Design and sell a Photovoltaic System
SunSales allowed a big PV firm to dramatically speed the sales process up, and halve its cost. It's a portable technical office, enabling salespeople to have a complete and energetically optimized project right at the first visit at the prospective customer site. The sale can be done knowing the actual figures, enhancing the salesperson's ability to close the deal at the first contact. I had full responsibility over the client logic: - 3D modeling of the system and the surrounding environment, - computation of all shadows cast by the obstacles around the year, - optimal placement of PV modules - geometric/regulatory/economic constraints - gesture management - Google Maps integration Technologies: Flex, ActionScript, Ruby on Rails
