Addition Nov 27th, 2006: Due to a very depressing experience involving an unscrupulous provider the following guidelines must regrettably be observed with all new providers: 1. All payments are through GAF escrow only. 2. Under no circumstances will funds be released from escrow until the project has been verifiably completed. 3. Prepayment is not an option. 4. A missed deadline will most likely result in a lost project.
