DotNetNuke Module for importing XML data into MS SQL
Custom Dot Net Nuke module developed for an existing DNN v6 website. The module provides a wizard for a user to import data from non-DNN data sources (REST API XML files accessed via a URL) to a non-DNN MS SQL database. This module has two core elements: 1) Data Source configuration control A link to this will be provided on the module 'home page'. It will have a list of datasources already added in by users. User can manage existing datasources. There is an option for adding new data source. The Configurations will be saved in the DNN database. The user will indicate which data source field is to be imported into which database column 2) Data import wizard Users will select which data source to import and will get a summary of the import operation through an asp.net wizard along with various data validation check and comparison.
