Experience UX Design Strategist. Over two decades of experience design including 14 years in the field of User Experience design. Experience in enterprise applications in telecom and finance domain especially in user research for mobile devices, mobile services, and accessibility. Special interest in design of portals and customer care applications. I have conducted hundreds of UX Reviews/ Heuristic Evaluations for websites and portals and provided prioritization of usability issues found with specific pointers to solutions. I also have extensive experience in User Research and have conducted hundreds of user interviews and usability tests over the past decade. I am using ethnography as a research method for my Doctoral Research and have intensively studied all the ethnographic techniques used for informing design.
