I am currently a Senior Research Analyst at Barita Investments Ltd. where I conduct evaluations of both the local and international financial markets to ensure optimal contribution to the company's equity trading, treasury and asset management activities. I have over five (5) years experience in the Financial Services Industry in Jamaica and the Caribbean. Before joining the Barita Group, I was employed to First Global Financial Services Limited where I served in the positions of Portfolio Analyst and prior to that was a Management Analyst. There I spearheaded the management of several prestigious companies' pension portfolios and prepared projections and business plans for executive management. I am also a graduate of the University of the West Indies, where I earned a Bachelor of Sciences degree in Actuarial Sciences. I would bring to any project I am a part of an in-depth understanding of the mathematical, technological and risk management tools required to manage an investment portfolio in the increasingly complex global finacial landscape.
