Sachin Dhaygude, a facilitator in Project Management, brings 15 years of work experience in the IT industry. He has worked with Fortune 500 IT services provider organizations like Cognizant Technology Solutions, as well as IT product organizations like SunGard. During his employment with Cognizant, he worked as a global delivery manager, responsible for a portfolio of projects, worth more than $20 million. He has managed big, complex global IT projects and programs having teams spread across goegraphies. While working for Sungard, he was responsible for setting up an offshore team from scratch, for one of the flagship products of Sungard. This investment accounting product of SunGard processes more than $10 trillion in assets and supports any type of portfolio! He has rich experience of working closely with customers around the globe. He was deputed for assignments in USA and Europe. He has been involved hands-on in transition of projects from traditional waterfall to agile (scrum). He has also practiced agile methodologies like Kanban, on a typical ticket based IT maintenance projects. During this rich experience of working with agile methodologies, he developed a strong liking for agile. Sachin has successfully undergone \"Train The Trainer\" program conducted by Dhananjay Gokhale (DG) and is a certified trainer and facilitator in project management. He has been asssociated with DG Online for close to two years and has facilitated trainings and workshops on project management and Agile methodologies. He also contributed in design and development of the course curriculum and courseware. His international exposure, project management capabilities and ability to unfold complex concepts in simple language, makes his sessions meaningul, informative and interesting. College of Engineer, Pune (COEP), with Post Graduate Diploma in Finance from SIBM. He is a PMP ®, PMI-ACP® - Agile Certified Practitioner, both accredited by PMI USA. He is a PRINCE 2-Practitioner ® accredited by APMG. He is also a Certified Scrum Master (CSM).
