I am an experienced Customer Service Specialist. I've handled different accounts, from financial or billing concerns to sales and customer service. I have also experienced doing outbound calls to endorse a certain product to prospective clients. My exposure to the BPO industry has greatly honed my skills and over the last 7 years, I have acquired enough knowledge as a customer service associate, mentor, trainer, and team leader intern. I am seeking a challenging role where my technical, analytical, management, administrative and customer service skills are utilized by adding to the growth of the organization as well as my personal growth.
