He finished the job, but he got sick so instead of finishing the job in 48hours like he promised it took him close to 1 month I would hirer him again for smaller jobs but not jobs that need to be done fast. He would get a 9 if he finshed the job on time. Also he is very hard to get a hold of, very easy to get in touch when it comes to paying him!
