Oversee all technical aspects of the test program during all phases of product development from concept to project completion and maintenance. oCollaborate closely with the Product team, Business Analysts, Development, and Program Management to deliver projects on time with high quality. oWork with the test leadership peers in the global. o Software development organization to define and drive best practices. oBuild, manage and develop a team of 3-7 testers. oProvide leadership in functional, automated, system level, security and performance testing. oDefine, document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing. oOccasional international travel required.
