During Bidding: Excellent and Prompt Communication After Winning Bid: Communication was iffy, at best. Did not call when she said she would, etc. After giving her information for the project and promising she would start on 7/20 - she communicated once with me that day to say she was going to make calls and never did. I spent 3 days trying to connect with her via email or phone and she did not reply or call back, ever. She flat out ignored me. If she chose not to continue on with the project, she should of had the professionalism to inform me so, instead of wasting my time in trying to connect with her.
