Heading up Print and Digital Publishing agencies producing magazines, newsletters, brochures, and web content. • Controlled business strategy & marketing and administered budgets • Developed publishing team to deliver award-winning products • As well as the work for Ladbrokes touched on above I relaunched Fisher German’s magazine, which in its first year contributed a 615% increase of fees awarded • Masterminded relaunch of Cardiff University’s magazine, contributing to a 2,000% increase in sales of merchandise in first new issue, with merchandise sales increase stabilising at 47% year-on-year – equivalent to 12% of annual costs of publication. • Increased off-the-page advertising revenue for the Institute of Revenues, Rating & Valuation (IRRV) by 55% pa and steered membership magazines to become a key element of the exhibitor sales package for the IRRV’s conference and events. • Suggested, designed & implemented FYI magazine for Workspace Group (a real estate investment trust letting workspace to SMEs). FYI was distributed to tenants and promoted Workspace’s key attributes, while increasing feeling of being part of a wider corporate family. • Launched the Conservative Party's membership magazine and developed it into the most cost-effective revenue generator for the Party’s treasurer's department

Recruited and led team that won Launch of the Year title in both the 2006 APA Customer Publishing Awards and the 2007 PPA’s Publishing Awards with Ladbroke’s Close Up magazine. Close Up delivered 400%+ ROI and bets per customer increased by 7%, stake per customer increased by 16%, amount per bet increased by 65%, and betting across a range of sports increased (e.g. cricket by 40% and tennis by 29%).
