About Me
I produce accurate and reliable results stemming from my previous remote positions and knowledge in the Customer Support and Administrative Support fields. I have knowledge and experience in the development and management of UGC / user technical support (via email response) in social mobile apps/websites and also at shouldering the various management responsibilities. I have also been a significant point-person in the development, support and maintenance of all operational business objectives within a start-up company. I also have extensive experience in web research, Excel creation, order processing ([login to view URL]) and article writing. I am seeking opportunities to put my attention-to-detail and dependability to work. My attention is on YOUR needs and not distractions at home. I am available for long-term opportunities.
