Robin is the mother of two boys and a freelance writer. Her first personal essay which poked fun at fears she experienced as a new mom was published online in 2006. Since then, Robin has shared her humorous perspective on parenting, life, religion and poker. Her work has appeared online and in print. In 2011 she began a spiritual journey to explore religion and captured emotion in a daily blog. She is a supporter of community and our homeless population. Her work experience includes coordinating volunteers and house manager of a small shelter. She spent 17 years working in casinos as a poker dealer and now enjoys buying, selling and collecting vintage and antiques. She resides in a small agricultural community in Northern California. Her hobby led to the creation of "Colusa County Retro, Vintage and Antiques"-a local Facebook Yard Sale group. Writing is a reflection of lessons and perspectives.
