Manpower Requirement System.
The Front-end of this system is ASP.net and back-end is SQL Server 2008 R2. I have used sap crystal report as a reporting tool in this system. This is fully web-based. The HOD of any department who need for any new candidates in his department he has filled his requirement in this system. This system send a webpage to his HOD for approval and after approval it again sent to HRM Department for arrange new Candiates.

I have developed a wide range of Software which is desktiop and web based also.I have making the connectivity of these softwares also with SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008 and mirosoft access also. I also have some experience in the following areas: Ajax, OOP, Jquery, CSS and software design and testing.
