I received my BA in English and Psychology at the University of Rochester in New York. I worked for five enjoyable years as a usability moderator, ethnographic researcher, focus group moderator at a successful NYC qualitative research firm. Clients included Fortune 500 companies, including Viacom, Qualcomm, and Starwood Hotels. I then decided to move to Israel and volunteer in a co-existence program and eventually found myself at an SEO Internet start-up in Tel-Aviv. After working in SEO for a 2 years, my experience as a user-focused researcher and my knowledge in click-through behavior and SEO gives me a unique perspective of the online world.
