I work as part-time secretary at a chiropractor clinic apart from my studies. Responsibilities cover receiving queries from patients through phone and email, managing and time planning of the clinic’s calendar, registration of payment form private insurance companies.

Spanish Linguist Passenger Service

I translated between Danish and Spanish for the security staff at Copenhagen Airport when they experience obstacles communicating with Spanish speaking passengers. As well I was helping and guiding the Spanish speaking passengers through the procedures and rules of the security.

Student Helper

I worked as student assistant in the logistics and export department of the Danish based company, Dako, where I assisted the department staff with different entry data tasks such as processing incoming orders and inquiries from the company's international distributors. Apart from that I cared out different ad hoc tasks at the office such as activating, copying and responding emails.

Front Desk Receptionist

I assisted the entrepreneurs behind the start-up hostel, Copenhagen Backpackers, in building up procedures for organizing the daily work at the hostel and the schedulering for the hostel's employees. As receptionist other general responsibilities included checking in of guests, showing rooms, guidance of touristic questions, answering emails and phone calls from customers and cleaning of the rooms
