I studied Bachelors in Commerce and along with it I started my work as an Intern in Call Center. There I learnt a lot of things and in a year’s period I was nominated as the best Customer Support Agent. After finishing my studies I decided to work in Human Resources and did my certification in Human Resources and in 6 years I worked in different organizations; their I not only got the chance of achieving HR experience but also learnt to work with Top Management. I was always chosen to report to the COO/CEO for all HR related activities, also I worked with them in assisting for their personal/official tasks (arranging meeting, travel arrangements, reports/analysis, email notifications etc). Completed my short course of English Language & Composition/Computer Application from USA and excel in working on articles, email writings for top management, writing policy manuals etc. I was also nominated by 400 employees to serve as Chairperson of EVENT MANAGEMENT CLUB in one organization; there along with my job I managed to provide my services by arranging several events for the company and got positive feedback. Interpersonal skills, team work skills, dependability, innovation, and a Can-Do attitude are just some of the qualities that I have managed to inculcate in me during my career. I have been awarded by the following awards: 1. BEST Customer Support Agent (World Tel Inc.) 2. PRESIDENT CLUB AWARD (Etilize Inc.) – this award is also known as employee of the year. 3. Now, I am married and taking care of a 4 month old baby boy; along with my personal life I am also working as freelancer and doing certain assignments for different organizations as and when required.
