I am currently working as a Service / UX designer at a Health IT company based in Dubai. In my role as lead designer, I led the team through design research, interaction design, information architecture and visual design. Over six years I’ve been designing form and function to create meaningful experiences for stakeholders in Healthcare Ecosystem. I am an Engineer with Information Technology background, an MBA grad with marketing as my major and a Design Implementation certificate holder from Stanford Continuing Studies. The background and the time I spent designing for healthcare helped me grow conscious of cognitive perceptions and behaviours towards products and service offerings.
