This is Ramesh.R (MBA) and Project Manager for Netscribe IT Solutions ,Steps Technologies and Vartechs Info P ltd.We have seven yrs experience in International Call center.I was handling Telemarketing and sales project for UK and US customer for major client like 3G mobile,Toucan network,LPG gas,voda phone ISP for 3 yrs .Then moved to Technical Call canter ,worked for HP,DELL,Symantec antivirus support through email,phone,chat and remote.From Level 1 to Level 3 support for 3 yrs .Now working for Juniper Inc as Networking Specialist(Level 3 and Level 4)in India and managing a team of 350 members under me .I am also running a call center with 100 seater for all uk and US campaign .Right now we are dealing with technical support project for nextel Inc and telemarketing project.An ISP project from UK .300 Calls per day .We have more to achieve in life .We are waiting for new and good clients for our concern .We are growing because of your support .Thanksssssssssssss
