I have more than Eight years experience in International Call center.I was handling Telemarketing and sales project for UK and US customer for major client like 3G mobile,Toucan network,LPG gas,voda phone ISP for 3 yrs .Then moved to Technical Call center ,worked for HP,DELL,Symantec antivirus support through email,phone,chat and remote.From Level 1 to Level 3 support for 3 yrs .Worked on Virtual assistance project.
