I have good experience in web development (PHP/MySQL), SEO, and Software Testing. I am familiar with Python and interested in AI development. I know the importance of proper communication. I will do my best to understand the requirements properly and get clarification.

alexdw1 (the employer) had released 100% of the funds. QualityPoint Technologies (the worker) violated the copyrights on the project by releasing the same code that they sold to Alex, on their own blog. They were given a chance to refund the funds back, but they chose not to. Their account was closed.

This was a deliverables based project. Raj delivered less than 50% of the functionality explained in the requirements. I ended paying him 100% of the escrowed funds plus more than 10% in bonus money to keep this worker happy. I am 50% happy with the job that he did (and gave him the 5/10 Average score), but I do recognise the hard work he did and to avoid arguments I just paid him the project total. I walked away from this project with less than 50% functionality of the requirements and paid 110% of funds. He complained to me that the project was taking too long to complete and that it wasn't worth his time. Basically telling me that it isn't worth his time finishing it. I didn't want to argue so I just paid him out. Raj is an experienced worker, but he does have his limits. The he delivered is decent code. However, it doesn't work all the time. Yes, some factors of this project may be out of his control, but it is the workers responsibility to let me know the parameters of a project - the limitations of a project - what is possible and what isn't. The was supposed to interact with an external website and what he wrote didn't work 100%. We spent too much time on that fact, and he got frustrated that the project wasn't moving on. I got frustrated because the feature didn't work as expected. If you do work with Raj, make sure you have clear project specifications, which details and documents everything - right down to the most mundane and fine details.
