Client Project Description: Design efficient living space incorporating living/bathroom/kitchen/bedroom space in a 300 sq/ft single apartment. Need a computer work desk in living area. Need a private separation between living and sleeping area. this can be a separate room but not necessarily. need to maximize living area. bathroom needs updating. The kitchen is not used that much but needs to be fully functional with stove, fridge, counter and sink in as a compact space.. Design Considerations: Although the apartment is in Southern California since the area is so small it needs the kind of design more typical of New York or San Francisco. >The wall separating the existing living room from the kitchen can be eliminated or moved. The second door to exterior in kitchen can be eliminated and replaced by wall or wall and window. Hallway to bathroom can be eliminated or kept. > One exterior window can be eliminated or moved or kept if design needs wall space.
