Client Project Description: This is for a living room that we plan to be our main living/hanging out/tv room (in other words not super formal but comfortable and liveable). We are calling this the villa room due to the wood floors and high beamed ceilings. There is an arch that leads into the room. The view across will lead into the kitchen that we are transforming into more of a tuscan kitchen feel. We like the idea of making this feel like an airy villa, yet with a cozy twist. However we are open to other ideas. The room is 21' x 14' (294 sq feet). The floors are a dark wood. The fire place is brick that is currently painted red and we are willing to change.
