Client Project Description: We have a family room that is the center of a lot of activity. It is fairly large with a vaulted ceiling. I am not happy with the way we have to rearrange furniture to suit the fireplace and the built-in entertainment center. The home was built in 1995 and we have upgraded the kitchen and multiple bathrooms but this room needs a new look and layout. We are not against closing in the entertainment center and moving the flat screen around the room. The fireplace is centered on the gable end-wall condition and there are a lot of windows at the gable end and the wall to the right of the gable as you will see in the photographs. We like the idea of darker wood floors and are looking for ideas for the redesign, furnishings, etc. for the room. Modernize with an Old Florida theme and New Florida technology. Open to any furniture style that reflects our active lifestyle with two kids.
