I am a hardworking person. i always make sure that I go beyond what's expected of me. I make it a point to give an efficient and reliable type of service to my employer/clients. I have worked in the BPO (Call Center) Industry for quite some time and handled accounts from Collections to Reservations. Being in this type of Industry, I was exposed to handling customer service. I have such high regard to this industry and the people behind it. And although I already resigned from working in the actual call center set-up, i still look forward to handling customer service being a freelancer.
