I have worked as a Customer Service, Reports and Data Analysis Manager with various reputed organization. I have a total of 13 years of rich experience of working with MS-Excel, VBA (Macros), MS-Access and SQL, and managing teams in these domains apart from managing and supervising customer service teams for various countries in a full time as well as freelancing capacity. I have worked on tools like Excel and VBA for 13 years, either creating reports and trends, or researching around data fields, or automating reports, or managing and supervising teams working on these tools and guiding them through thick and thin. Regarding my experience with customer service, I have always been in a customer facing environment and have created great rapport with customers as well as clients. Some of my great attributes are that I am a very quick learner, and I demonstrate both speed and accuracy at all times. I can multi-task easily without fail. I am sharp and understand things really quickly and thoroughly. I understand that reading between lines is as important as the straight forward approach, and I always keep my eyes and ears open. I am interested in long term projects where I can utilize my talents. With availability of more than 50 hours per week, I can handle multiple jobs at the same time. I have experience of managing people across the globe, reporting directly or indirectly into me - in a full time job as well as a freelancer. I have handled workforce of more than 40 people successfully. I have a proven track record of managing people, growing them personally and professionally, and getting work done through available talent. I can be a reliable team manager or supervisor of a challenging team, where I can use my experience of working with different people. I am here to make a career as a freelancer.
