Add Captions & Trim Videos

Like many freelancers on this platform, the contractor did not read the project details carefully. I kept the scope very clear and short (around 5 lines), and the same applied to our messages. This task was a simple 4-minute video trim with captions. I explicitly stated I would pay for 1 hour of work, yet it ended up taking 5 hours. The work itself was done correctly, but the cost increased unexpectedly from $18 to around $70, which was not aligned with the agreed scope.
