WebApp Design
The Realtorly webapp is a real estate calculator for sellers. It promotes realtor agents by enabling clients to easily calculate the added value they can achieve with a realtor compared to a private agent of their choice. This is achieved with a symmetrical layout of the pricing system, and a logical flow of totals, deductions and differences, providing a clear and understandable comparison. The entire functionality of the calculator is written in client side JavaScript, providing instant results. For a more responsive visual feedback, custom built animations where created for transitioning totals, briefly showing the differences for the last changed field. All visual styling is achieved with modern CSS. The only JavaScript plugin used is jQuery, everything else is custom built. Try it out for yourself here! www.realtorly.com
