For the past 12 years in the BPO, I have been acquiring knowledge from key people in the industry that led me to master my craft in this internet business world. Running my own center as co-owner is an achievement already. I can truly say that I have gained trust from people over the years which makes me believe that when someone is keeping the integrity all throughout their lives, one must be able to reach the heights of success. Leading people is not an easy job and making them the best is a lot more fulfilling. There's only one thing I will be reclaiming for the rest of my life and that is to "Make a difference" no matter what the cost.
