I'm a UK bases SEO professional. I work to the Google and Yahoo Guidelines and follow best practice. All my methods and techniques are ethical and white hat. My record for a Google first page position is currently 3 weeks, although generally it takes a little longer. I have been a freelance SEO for 3 years and before that I worked for a UK Business Association, writing ecommerce and internet publications and news letters. I also trained their members in good SEO strategies as well as copy writing and link building. Apart from successfully optimising for Google, Yahoo, MSN and Yandex (Russian SE) I've given seminars and spoken on SEO at national business events.
