I am a .NET developer 3 years of experience in HTML. HTML/CSS is modern and W3C compliant. My specialty are custom web applications (time / inventory tracking, simple CRM, e-commerce) and fully customized CMS solutions, which can fit to absolutely any design and without tons of options that you don't need and will never use. Hence the UI of the CMS is much cleaner and simpler to use, even for those aren't very literate when it comes to computers
