My experience in this area consists of last fifteen years working as GIS and CAD Manager, in mining and petroleoum exploration offices. I have worked as GIS & I.T. consultant, in charge of GIS offices for different international mining and oil exploration and environmental. I have worked for Golden Arrow, Blue Sky Uranium, Grosso Group, Teck Cominco, Rio Tinto, CRA exploration, North Ltd., Western Mining, Rio Algom, Barrick, Meridian Gold, Repsol, Astra, Skanska, Vector Engineering, Cartellone C.C. etc. I have worked as GIS and Database manager, where I was working in charge of all mining exploration I.T. related issues including GIS mapping with ArcGis and MapInfo, remote sensing processing, Target and DAP catalog, geochemical databases, networking, and also training courses to geologists in south america’s offices. I have also worked for Oil and Petrol companies as REPSOL, Skanska, and Astra for ingeneering piping CAD & GIS developments for Mendoza and Neuquen production areas. Along years I also have worked as freelance consultant with other companies and professionals in areas like Petroleum Industry, Environment Conservation, Civil Engineering and Landscape surveying, and university trainer. I have produce for them CAD and GIS information systems, related to geological field exploration, environmental impact studies, topographic and civil surveying, satellites imagery processing, piping engineering, DEM digital elevation models production, cadastral information systems, architecture and landscape planning, spatial 3d rendered modeling, animations and programming.
