My Background For the last 7½ years I ran a small charitable non-government organisation (NGO) in Nepal focusing on child welfare. I am now writing a book based on my experiences with street children in Nepal. My Experience As co-founder and Director of my organisation I was responsible for producing written communications at all levels - from media releases and newsletters to project briefs and annual reports. Before moving to Nepal I worked for 17 years in the Australian Tax Office (ATO), mostly at the Executive Level. During this time I proof-read and edited both tax-technical and non-technical pieces, wrote technical and non-technical briefs, rulings, training programmes, information sessions, scripts for short videos, media releases, policy papers, project and implementation plans, accountability reports, management reports, and evaluation reports.
