Recruiter, From my job experience and my higher education from U.K in Mechanical Engineering Design (University of Manchester), I acquired expertise in designing of complete power train system starting from Position and stiffness optimization of power train modes with in targets for three and four cylinder engines, to achieving specific stiffness at product level, and then moving to achieve desired durability by modifying design to target strain levels and testing the vehicle against desired NVH targets using LMS test lab. I am having very good knowledge of hydro mounts and how best they can be used for three cylinder engines against tuning of damping for road shake and engine order. I am proficient in applying various Finite Element package solutions including Abaqus and Hypermesh, Adams, LMS Test Lab, ESSOS (for 6 DOF calculation of power train Modes) and in house Tools for 6 and 16 DOF analysis.
