About Me
I am a Project Manager and a translator with lots of experience and educational training to university level. I have worked for 5 years of my career as a Project Manager for different projects including 4 years for 15 Schibsted classifieds sites ([login to view URL], [login to view URL], [login to view URL], bikhir.ma...). Achieving targeted goals in tight deadlines has been an essential part of the job. Having managed remotely a team of 20 people I am used to communicate proficiently through mails and skype as well as providing training on line, but on site as well. I am used to efficiently communicate with customers, clients and workers from different countries in Spanish, English and French. Among my multilple tasks I had to create, supervise and organise the customer service department, training people, giving solutions to the more complicated demands, creating templates, users, queues and the kind in OTRS. I have also become a fraud detection specialist, helping clients to detect fraud ads and methods and proceeding to implement strategies and tools to reduce it to a minimum. Another project I worked on involved intense web reseach to find specific data and include them in a new web directory. I am used to search the internet extensively for a variety of purposes and can find info quite easily and fast. Providing an excellent quality work is always my highest priority together with a good communication with clients. I am now offering my services as a freelancer but can count with up to 10 people from my old team if you need more help with your project. Looking forward to work with you and make it happen!
