I am an experienced editor, proofreader, and writer based in Philadelphia. My work experience includes developmental, content, and copy editing, along with proofreading of manuscripts and online digital media, acquisitions, and jacket cover copy writing. The nature of work covers a vast array of subjects and audiences. Editing is challenging and fun. Each story is different, as is each author; a collaborative, friendly approach builds rapport and trust between author and editor. As an editor, it is necessary to adapt to and understand author and client needs—regardless of industry—and create a better product.
