Responsibilities: • Responsible for all IT related operations including building a strategic IT plan, Building a successful IT organization. • Responsible for all data management, including security, integration, accessibility, reliability • Using a third party software for backup, in windows platform • IT project management, IT asset management • Conduct technical research on network upgrades and components to determine feasibility, cost time, required and compatibility current system • Responsible for data center environmental issues, and infrastructure related issues • Built maila-push Pakistan’s complete infrastructure from scratch including under floor structured caballing as well as Built data center with Microsoft & Linux platform • Implement IT policy and procedure • Assist system Administrator managing Active Directory, ISA2004, WSUS, Exchange2003, Backup • Linux Servers, Documents, Policy and procedures, Data Center Environment • Three IT support staff under reporting me. • Assist system administrator and support staff, keep them motivated. • I am responsible in respect of all areas in IT.
