The task was to provide an exact copy of the image as an editable format. Moriom was very prompt to try and complete the task. However, what I thgouth were only examples of her showing her skills for the project, ended up being her final handout. In other words, the task of copying the exact same image as multiple editable objects was not met, which resulted in her delivering something very different from the original image. The material was helpfull but demanded a lot of extra work, so, before awarding the project, the expecting result must be verified a few times to make sure you will get the exact details delivered to your project. Overall was a good experience. Only the TIME ESTIMATE was greatly miscalculated and must be closely reviewed for future hires. I am forced to make this observation because this particular project was literally asking "an exact same copy of the image on editable file format". So there was no simpler way to describe the project and yet, it incurred on these two serious problems. But it was a great support to help with a last minute time, sensitive demand.
