I took up Bachelor of Science in Nursing, but aside from my chosen career I've worked as a telemarketer in an advertising company as a part time job. I've been an Inbound Customer Service Representative in APAC Customer Service Incorporated specifically assigned in Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield Account (US Based Healthcare Account) wherein I provided/ quoted accurate health insurance coverages of patients to health care providers (doctors, nurses, chiropractors, dentists) who requested such information. I also responded to provider's inquiries and requests regarding insurance and sending them emails, fax, or doing a call back if highly needed to address any problem right away. Also, part of the work is researching and documentation so basically I can do multi- tasking jobs, data entry, customer service, and web researching jobs.
