The client required a compact home with four bedrooms. They were also particular about vasthu directions.They wanted kitchen in the north east corner and entrance from the east. We were able to design a house under 1600 sq ft, meeting all the client requirements, with efficient space planning techniques. Further a future proposal for car porch has also been shown.The car porch is constituted of landscape elements, with a fiber glass roof. The car porch does not violate any rules and at the same time adds to the aesthetics
