I have been a part of the Call Center industry for a total of almost 6 years. I have handled mostly, customer service tasks. But I excel most in the Email Support field where I made use of my exceptionally keen eye for details and my huge desire to be able to respond to customer's inquiries accurately and on time. I am also a mother of 3. And I've decided to stay at home and make sure my family is well taken cared of personally. Which is why working from home is most ideal. Because my family and their needs come first, I am only looking to work on a part time basis for now. But I am a results driven person, so no matter how big or small a project or task is, I make sure I do my best to deliver the results in a way I am expected to.
