In my most recent role no two days were the same, whether it was identifying user generated content, creating or editing original content/video or launching a new platform such as snapchat... each week represented a different challenge for me to take on in order to ensure Goal's social engagement continues to grow from strength to strength. Goal is a football news publisher that operates 37 editions around the world and it was my aim to ensure that our millions of social media followers were being delivered the right content in the right way on the right platforms. This year Goal was named the top sports publisher on social media by NewsWhip, amassing half a billion video views on Facebook alone in the first 6 months of the year. Having achieved exactly what I set out to, I have now taken the decision to help other businesses, big or small, achieve their social and multimedia targets too.
