I worked on this product from concept generation through to completion & manufacture: - Concept Generation, developed & presented 3 x concepts. - Cost & performance analysis for different design options - Developed 3D CAD model, working around customer specification & requirements. - Completed performance tests using 3D print of prototype design - Completed 2D drawings for manufacture - Documented design, produced test reports, FMEA & developed production tests.
